What ages do you treat?

We accept patients ages 16 and older.

Do you prescribe Ketamine or TMS?

No, we are not currently providing these treatments.

Do you take insurance?

We are currently “out of network” for all insurances. We do provide medical receipts or “super bills” after each appointment, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We require a credit card on file for each patient. Appointments are charged in full on the morning of the scheduled appointment. Billing for Dr. Merritt is through Maven Psychology LLC, and for Dr. Garvey through Signature Psychiatry PLLC.

Do you conduct disability evaluations?

No, we are not currently able to provide disability evals for patients. Our comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, however, can be submitted to your disability provider for review or supporting documentation.

Do you provide inclusive and affirming care?

Yes. We are committed to providing respectful, inclusive, and affirming care to individuals of all backgrounds and identities. This includes patients of diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences.

We approach each evaluation with curiosity and without assumptions, recognizing that identity and lived experience are essential parts of understanding the full clinical picture.

Do you work with LGBTQ+ patients?

Yes. We provide affirming, evidence-based care for LGBTQ+ individuals, including those exploring or navigating gender identity. This may include diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and pre-surgical psychological assessments when indicated.
