What to Expect

Consultation

A brief phone call to determine whether our approach and services are the right fit for your needs. We’ll discuss your goals, background, and next steps.

Intake Paperwork

You will be sent intake paperwork through our secure medical record system. The paperwork is comprehensive and will ensure your first session is comprehensive and personalized.

Initial Evaluation

This appointment will be conducted in our Colorado Springs office or over video. This is a 90-minute deep dive to review your history and current concerns. We will create an individualized treatment plan and roadmap for care. Testing appointments are conducted over several days and will vary according to the needs of the patient.

Follow-Up Sessions

We will use these appointments for ongoing treatment via therapy, medication management, and often both modalities. We will continue to fine tune and optimize the treatment plan. Therapy follow-ups are typically conducted on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. Medication management sessions are less frequent, typically every 1-3 months based on your needs and progress.
